We understand the importance of protecting children’s privacy, especially in an online environment. The Site is not designed for or directed at children. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with Personal Information without their consent, he or she should contact us.
Updates or amendments to this Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to periodically amend or revise the Privacy Policy; material changes will be effective immediately upon the display of the revised Privacy policy. The last revision will be reflected in the "Last modified" section. We do not charge for receiving a request for access to personal information, or for complying with a correction request. We do however reserve the right to charge you for our services a reasonable fee to assist with covering our costs specifically incurred in meeting your request for information.

Complaints should be made in writing to ensure we fully understand the nature of your complaint and the outcome you are seeking. Alternatively, you may submit your feedback via our online feedback form available here.
Please be aware that it may be difficult to properly investigate or respond to your complaint if you provide insufficient detail. You may also submit an anonymous complaint, however, if you do, it may not be possible for us to provide a response to you.
We are committed to quick and fair resolution of complaints and will ensure your complaint is taken seriously and investigated appropriately. Your access to the services we provide is not affected in any way should you make a complaint.
